From The Outpost in downtown Leesburg — a coffee bar, gathering space, and media studio — to our digital programs and partner events, everything we do is grounded in community and purpose.

Oak
Adair · from the Irish
Stability. Rootedness. Community. In Irish Gaelic, the name Adair comes from Áth Dara, the oak that stands at the river crossing.

Oath & Oak builds veteran readiness on two fronts — practical AI skills and the human strengths technology can't replace. All programs serve veterans, military spouses, and caregivers through cohort-based, practitioner-led learning.
