Oath and Oak Ventures LLC is a Virginia limited liability company (EIN 39-3404520) operating as a veteran-led community organization based in Leesburg, Virginia. These Terms of Use apply to all users of theoathandoak.com and all participants in Oath and Oak programs and communications. By using the website, subscribing to communications, registering for an event, or enrolling in a program, users agree to these terms. These terms were last updated April 16, 2026.

Website Use
The content on theoathandoak.com, including text, images, podcast episodes, and program materials, is the property of Oath and Oak Ventures LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law. Users may access and share content for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution to Oath and Oak. Republication, commercial use, or modification of Oath and Oak content without written permission is prohibited. Oath and Oak makes no warranty that the website will be available without interruption or error.
Email Communications, Events, and Podcast Content
Subscribers to Oath and Oak email communications may unsubscribe at any time. Event registration confirms a participant’s intent to attend. Oath and Oak reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events and will notify registered participants. Podcast episodes produced under the Oak Lines brand are the intellectual property of Oath and Oak Ventures LLC. Clips and excerpts may be shared for non-commercial purposes with attribution. Full episode reproduction or commercial use requires written permission from Oath and Oak.
Mission Ready Cohort Participation
Enrollment in the Mission Ready cohort program is subject to eligibility requirements established by Oath and Oak. Participants agree to engage in good faith with program content, faculty, and fellow participants. Program materials developed by Oath and Oak faculty are proprietary and may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission. Oath and Oak is not liable for outcomes resulting from the application of program content. Oath and Oak reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct is disruptive or harmful to other participants.
04 Limitation of Liability
Oath and Oak Ventures LLC provides its website, communications, events, podcast content, and programs on an as-is basis. Oath and Oak makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content or program material.
To the extent permitted by Virginia law, Oath and Oak Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website, participation in events, or enrollment in cohort programs. Oath and Oak’s total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the claimant to Oath and Oak in the 12 months preceding the claim, if any.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Loudoun County, Virginia.
