HOW IT WORKS
One sprint. Five phases.
KICKOFF, IN PERSON
Opening Circle at Leesburg Junction. Meet your cohort, lock in your track, and form your Fire Team. Three tracks: career pivot, veteran business, or exploring where AI fits in your next chapter.
WEEKS 1-3
The Curriculum Sprint. 17 on-demand curriculum days at 20 to 30 minutes each, plus live weekly coaching calls. Fire Teams and Battle Buddies keep the momentum daily.
WEEKS 4-5
The Build Window. No new modules. Two weeks to build, refine, and rehearse your Demo Day deliverable with coach support.
FINAL DAY
Demo Day. Every participant presents a working AI workflow, assistant, automation, or app to the room. Built by you, tied to your goals.
AFTER
The Network. Graduates stay connected through the O&O community, First Friday events, and pathways into advanced Fieldcraft programs.
CURRICULUM
17 days, from first prompt to working build
Every exercise runs on free-tier tools. No paid subscriptions required to complete any assignment, including the Demo Day build.
DAYS 1-3
Foundations. The AI landscape, choosing your primary platform, and prompting from fundamentals through advanced techniques.
DAYS 4-6
Judgment. Voice and multimodal AI as a thinking partner, screen sharing for live feedback, and the verification habits that catch AI errors before they matter.
DAYS 7-10
Core Workflows. Writing, data and spreadsheets, research, and deep research. AI does the groundwork. You apply the judgment.
DAYS 11-15
Production. Presentations, meetings, and image and infographic generation. Real deliverables for your track, built faster.
DAYS 16-17
The Build. Design a custom AI assistant, then choose your path: build a working app or set up an automation that runs on its own. This is the Demo Day centerpiece.

FROM THE COHORT
“This course is very important because it teaches the foundations of AI literacy, so not just the tools but how to use it, thinking about the guardrails, how to think about use cases. And you have support along the way.”
AI MISSION READY FACULTY
