The Proof

What Cohort 1 built

Every Fellow builds at least three working AI assistants and demonstrates one publicly at Demo Day. Hear it in their own words.

The Tools

Three graduates, three tools

All built with prompts, not code. Each Fellow walks out with a working tool they use after the program ends.

Terms that apply to every tier

Full terms covering payment, eligibility, guest counts, exclusivity, and cancellation apply to every tier.

  • Logo files and artwork are due five business days before Kickoff.
  • Contracts and purchase orders are issued to Oath and Oak Ventures, LLC. W-9, certificate of insurance, and certification numbers are available on request.
  • Payment is due in full on receipt of invoice. Purchase orders are accepted, terms agreed in writing at signature. Bank transfer, card, and Cash App Pay are accepted. Bank transfer keeps more of your funding in the program.
  • Every funded seat goes to a veteran, service member, military spouse, caregiver, or Gold Star family member. An employer seat funds someone the organization already employs, or someone in its community. Seats are not available for employees with no military connection.
  • Every funded seat is placed as an Oath and Oak Fellowship. Fellows apply, are selected by Oath and Oak, and sign an acceptance agreement committing to full attendance and a public demonstration at Demo Day. A sponsor funds a seat. Sponsors do not select Fellows, and no outcome is guaranteed.
  • Kickoff and Demo Day guest counts are held against venue capacity and confirmed at signature. Kickoff is a working session, and sponsor guests attend as observers.
  • Category exclusivity applies within a named industry category, agreed in writing at signature.
  • Seats funded but not filled in the active cohort roll forward to the next cohort at no additional cost, with the same recognition. This is not a cancellation and creates no refund right.
  • Sponsorship is a commercial marketing and workforce agreement. Full terms, including cancellation, postponement, and refunds, are in the sponsorship agreement.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel in writing to [email protected] before the cohort’s Kickoff and your sponsorship converts to full credit toward the next cohort at the same recognition level. Credit is good for twelve months. On or after Kickoff it is non-refundable, because Fellows have committed to the program on the strength of funded seats.

If Oath and Oak cancels the cohort, you elect credit or a refund of everything paid. If Oath and Oak reschedules, your sponsorship and recognition move to the new dates. If weather, venue loss, or another event outside our control forces a change, we may run the program in a modified or remote form, and your sponsorship carries to it.
